Life is full of paradoxes, and one of the biggest I have experienced is balancing a thriving career with the equally important journey of raising a family—especially while living abroad.

I’m Pınar Koyuncu Oktar, a business leader and a mentor with nearly two decades of experience in international markets. Throughout my career, I’ve led commercial excellence, business development, and supply chain strategies across Asia-Pacific and EMEA, helping organizations grow, transform, and navigate complex challenges. But beyond my corporate journey, I wear many hats—a mother of two young children, a mentor dedicated t owomen empowerment, and a lifelong learner who believes in the power of strategic thinking and collaboration.

My husband and I are both passionate about our careers, but I’ve often noticed how differently we are perceived.
