For as long as I can remember, I have been drawn to solving complex challenges and driving meaningful impact, whether it is optimizing supply chains, expanding into new markets, or empowering teams to perform at their best. My career began almost 20 years ago in supply chain and commercial operations, where I quickly learned that growth is not just about numbers. It is about vision, strategy, and execution coming together to create lasting success.
Throughout my journey, I have had the privilege of working with multi-functional teams across APAC and EMEA, helping businesses scale, streamline operations, and turn obstacles into opportunities. I have worked with global brands to break into new markets, restructure sales strategies, and align commercial and supply chain functions, always with a focus on sustainable, profitable growth. But over time, I realized that leadership is not just about business. It is about people.
I have seen firsthand how the right guidance can transform not only companies but also careers. I have witnessed professionals step into their leadership potential with the right mentorship and support.
